You'll explore exercises tailored to your feet, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, wrists, and whole body, gradually developing the coordination and capacity required to tackle challenging movement patterns. With an emphasis on safe loading and proper mechanics, you’ll leave feeling both relaxed and empowered—ready to move with confidence.
