Our studio classes aren’t your typical mat-based sessions.

Each series is thoughtfully designed by Lisa Messina, who brings training and certification in yoga, Pilates, functional mobility, somatics, and dance. With a focus on curiosity, safety, and embodied exploration, these classes invite you to move in ways that feel good and grounded.

Classes are offered in 4-week series—you can sign up for the full series or drop in for a class or two. We provide all the props; just come in comfortable clothes you enjoy moving in, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Unlock your body’s potential with Mobility Mondays, a dynamic full-body movement class designed to build strength, flexibility, and control from head to toe. These progressive, technique-driven sessions blend targeted mobility drills, functional strength work, and joint stability training to help you move with greater ease, power, and resilience.

Each class begins with focused warm-ups, preparing your body for movement. You'll explore exercises tailored to your feet, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, wrists, and whole body, gradually developing the coordination and capacity required to tackle challenging movement patterns. With an emphasis on safe loading and proper mechanics, you’ll leave feeling both relaxed and empowered—ready to move with confidence.

Immerse yourself in Wellbeing Wednesdays, a thoughtfully crafted in-person experience designed to refuel, restore, and reconnect you with your whole self. More than a movement class, this session blends breathwork, meditation, meaningful movement, contemplation, and nervous system regulation to foster deep connection to body, mind, heart, and soul.

Rooted in exploration and embodiment, each class invites you to tune into the elements, experience movement as ritual, and cultivate a sense of inner balance and wholeness. With safe and supportive guidance, you’ll integrate physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, leaving class feeling nourished and deeply restored.

Jumpstart your weekend with Fitness Fridays, a 50-minute, high-energy class designed to sculpt, strengthen, and energize your entire body. This quick-paced, low-impact, high-intensity workout blends functional fitness, barre-inspired precision, and upbeat Pilates flow for a full-body burn that builds strength, agility, and flexibility. Using bodyweight, free weights, and resistance bands, you'll challenge your endurance, engage deep stabilizing muscles, and leave feeling strong, sculpted, and unstoppable.

Our workshops are pop-up offerings that take place throughout the year, responding to timely themes in personal, relational, and embodied wellbeing. They offer a deep dive into specific themes—creating space for exploration, learning, inquiry, reflection, and meaningful integration.

Workshops are designed to be accessible and grounded—no prior experience required. You’re invited to come as you are and engage at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable for you. Workshops are held at our Bloomfield studio, off-site in the community, and online. Because these offerings are pop-up in nature, dates and locations vary—each workshop is a distinct experience, designed to meet the moment.

A fresh, practical approach to physical education that is designed to help you understand your body, build healthier movement patterns, and feel more supported in how you train. Each workshop teaches you how to train safely, recover with intention, and move well for the long term.

Part posture clinic. Part mobility lab. Part rehab-informed education—offered in a space that welcomes all bodies and abilities. Each session has a different focus and theme to help you build resilience, balance, and better movement habits that support your everyday life and your athletic goals.

The Art of Relating

Pace: Slow

This experiential workshop invites you to explore connection with self and others through somatic practices, reflection, and guided exercises.

You’ll begin by tuning inward — connecting with your body, breath, and heart through gentle movement, meditation, and journaling — cultivating awareness and curiosity about your own experience. From this grounded place, we’ll move into relational practices with partners, exploring active listening, attunement, and sharing space for one another to feel seen and heard.

Through exercises designed to deepen understanding and curiosity, and practices that cultivate self-compassion and relational care, you’ll leave with tools to strengthen your connections with anyone — friends, colleagues, family, or partners — in a way that is grounded, ethical, and embodied. Come with a loved one (partner, coworker, friend, or family member or come alone).
