Book Private Sessions
Easily schedule your next session at a time that works for you!
For Individuals
For smoother booking, we recommend logging into your account, this will make booking, payment, and applying your package code (if applicable) more efficient.
Sign Up / Login
Creating an account
Click “Sign Up” on the scheduler to the right (below on mobile).
Create your account using the same email you used when purchasing your past sessions, and choose your password.
Login to your account
Click the “Login” button at the top right corner of the scheduler.
Login with your email and password.
Book Single Sessions
Pay as you go
Use the scheduler to book and buy your session.
By ticking the “Save card” box, you can save your credit card information to your account.
Book Package Sessions
Applying your package code
At the checkout, scroll past the card information and click the “Package, gift, or coupon code”.
If you have redeemable sessions for the selected appointment type, click ‘View your redeemable codes’ to redeem.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once you are logged in, click on your email address in the top right corner of the scheduler. In the drop click “Manage codes” to see any unused sessions left on a package.

You can find the link in your confirmation email and/or any reminder emails. Alternatively, once you are logged in, click on your email address in the top right corner of the scheduler. In the dropdown click “Appointments” from there, you will see the meeting link.

Once you are logged in, click on your email address in the top right corner of the scheduler. In the dropdown, click “Appointments” and navigate between “Upcoming” and “Past” to see your appointments.

In your confirmation email and/or any reminder emails, there is a button to “change/cancel” your appointment. Alternatively, once you are logged in, click on your email address in the top right corner of the scheduler. In the dropdown click “Appointments” from there, you may reschedule or cancel your upcoming appointment.

I require 24 hours notice for cancellation, otherwise a full charge will ensue.

Yes! Payment plan packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Pay in full packages expire one year from the date of purchase.
